Tigers News · Puka Nacua named co “2018 Polynesian Player of the Year”

Orem High’s star receiver Puka Nacua has had an amazing senior year of football. A year that continues tonight by his appearance in the Polynesian Bowl at Aloha Stadium in Oahu, Hawaii. The game will be televised live at 7:00pm HT on CBS Sports Network tonight (1/19/19).

Last night Puka attended a banquet held for the players and families, where he was named co “2018 Polynesian Player of the Year” along with Taulia Tagovailoa.

We are so proud of Puka and everything that he has accomplished this year. He would be the first to tell you he couldn’t do it without his teammates, coaches and his Mom. Puka represents Orem High school well every where he goes, and really shows what it means to be an Orem High Tiger. Way to go Puka!
