Orem High Tigers Football Team is playing for the 4A State Championship!! They will play the Mountain Crest Mustangs on Friday November 17 @ 11:00 in Rice Eccles Stadium at the University of Utah. This marks the first time the Tigers have played in a State Championship in over 20 years! We want to encourage everyone to go up and support our tigers. Tickets are available in the finance office here at the school. $5 for students $8 for Adults and UTA is offering free transportation to and from the game with every paid admission. We offer our sincere congratulations the football team on all their hard work and wish them the best of luck on Friday! It’s great to be an Orem High Tiger!!

Orem High School Winter sport tryouts start today.

Boys BasketballField House Gym from 1:30-3:00pm and tomorrow from 4-6:30pm
SOPHOMORES- A-Gym from 3-5pm

Girls Basketball– Field House Gym from 4-6:30pm

Wrestling- Wrestling room (Field House) from 3-5:00pm

There is an upcoming “Sports Physicals” day set for November 15, 2017 here at Orem High School in the Field House at 6:00pm. Anyone needing a physical in order to participate in a Winter or Spring sport is strongly encouraged to come. The cost is $20 and the physical is valid for 1 year. Put it on your calendar and don’t let this opportunity pass by. Come and get all of your paperwork done that night! Tigers News · OHS Football -Region X Champs- play Bear River tonight (10/27/2017)

OHS Football is on fire winning the Region X championship last week against Spanish Fork. They are set to take on Bear River tonight at 4:00 here on Tiger Field.
It is a state playoff game so everyone must pay to enter $8.00 for adults, $5.00 for kids and seniors. Come early and enjoy a trick-or-treat tailgate presented by the Orem High Student Council. Get out there and support our tigers who have worked so hard all season, they need you to come cheer them on! It’s great to be an Orem High Tiger!!

Tigers News · Final Region X Football Game and Senior Night

This year the OHS football team has been unstoppable, going undefeated in region play. This Thursday (10/19/2017) they take on the Spanish Fork Dons here on Tiger Field @ 7:00 for our final region X game of the season.
It is a white out game and free t-shirts will be given at the door!
Be sure to come early as it is our Senior Night and there are a lot of things going on.
* 6:00 we will recognize our Seniors
* 6:20 there will be a tribute to our Military, OPD,& OFD,
including a special tribute to Matthew Wagstaff (an Orem High Alum that was killed in Afghanistan)
* 7:00 Kick-off Orem vs Spanish Fork
There will be lots of good things to eat with OHS concessions, and awesome food trucks that are coming.
The game is being televised on KJZZ as well.
Spend the first night of Fall Break watching some really great football and supporting our Tigers! Go OHS!!

Tigers News · OHS Winter Sport Tryouts and Information

This year tryouts for Winter Sports including Boys Basketball, Girls Basketball, and Wrestling will be held on November 6, 2017. For specific times please check the school calendar or contact coaches.
Swimming began on October 2nd for more information or to join swim please contact coach Chad Harris at

Eligibility to participate in these sports include:
* no less than a 2.0 GPA for term 1
* no more than one F or I for term 1
* a current physical and concussion document, available in athletics office on RMA or on this site under forms and links (physical and concussion valid for 1 year)
* registration completed for your chosen sport in Register My Athlete also known as RMA.

Now is the time to clear up any eligibility issues you may have with grades!

Boys and Girls Basketball are currently holding open gyms.
Boys meet in the A-Gym Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays from 7-9pm, Wednesdays 6-9pm.
Girls meet in the A-Gym this month on Wednesdays from 3:45-5:45. On Saturday October 14 they will be in the Field House from 8-10am.
Any student interested in playing basketball are invited to attend.

The OHS Football team is doing a fundraiser, Oct. 9-12 at the Pizza Pie Cafe at 1600 N. State St. in Orem. Just mention that you are there to support Orem High Football and they will donate 25% of your total order to our school. Tell your friends and neighbors, Aunts and Uncles. It is a great way to support our team, and get some delicious food to eat!

The OHS girls soccer team takes on the Mountain View Bruins tonight on the OHS football field. JV starts at 4:30, followed by Varsity at 7:00. A win tonight would put varsity in 3rd place overall in Region 10. We need everyone to come out and support our tigers!!
